Three men will face no further police action in connection with the death of a man in Felixstowe last year.
Police were called to Selvale Way on December 16th by ambulance medics who were treating Daryl Bundy, 29, from The Wirral. He was taken to Ipswich Hospital, but later died.
A post mortem examination found he died as a result of being stabbed. Police arrested three men from Felixstowe, but following a thorough investigation a file was submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service, who made the decision that the men would face no further action.
