Appeal for witnesses to store robbery

Bedfordshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a shop assistant was assaulted durng a robbery.

The 32-year-old was attacked during a robbery at the Londis Store in Lyneham Road, Luton at around 8.50pm on August 11th.

A group of around six youths entered the store and took 15 bottles of alcohol.

While this was happening the offenders pushed the shop assistant into shelving and punched him in the back.

All the offenders, believed to have been white teenagers wearing hooded tops with the hoods pulled over their faces, fled the scene.
