An Essex firm is playing a key role in beaming pictures of Mars back to Earth.
e2V, based in Chelmsford, has developed a number of high performance imaging sensors for NASA's Mars Curiosity rover.
The vehicle has begun a two-year mission to discover more about the red planet.
