Teenager arrested in cyclist murder investigation
Officers investigating the death of Luton teenager Delaney Brown have arrested a 16-year-old youth on suspicion of murder.
The teenager is the second person to be questioned over Delaney's death. He was released on police bail. Delaney, 19, was killed when he was hit by a BMW on September 5th.
Attempts to trace a young woman with two children who was pushing a buggy along Vincent Road at the time of the incident also continue.
