Memories on James Bond on location in East Anglia

The director of five James Bond films from the 1980s has been back to one corner of Cambridgeshire that doubled as East Germany in one of the movies.

John Glen directed Octopussy which used the Nene Valley Railway near Peterborough in 1983 for one of the action sequences with the spy fighting atop a speeding train.
