A 23-year-old man is to appear in Luton Magistrates court today after being arrested in connection with the theft of the Wenlok jug.
Ronald Nash was arrested in Tadworth in Surrey and has been charged with handling stolen goods.
The bronze medieval jug is said to be worth £750,000 and was recovered by police after being stolen in May. It has been returned to the Stockwood Discovery Centre in Luton.
