Soldier's family say Ministry of Defence let them down

The family of a soldier, based in Colchester, who was killed in Iraq have won the right to sue the Ministry of Defence over his death.

Private Lee Ellis died in 2006 when his Snatch Land Rover was blown up by a roadside bomb. His relatives believe if he'd have been in an armoured vehicle it could've saved his life.
