Dorries 'asked Andrew Mitchell for time off', say her daughters
Nadine Dorries' jaunt in the jungle has got her suspended from the Tory party. But today her daughters said she got permission for time off from Andrew Mitchell, the former chief whip.
However, Mr Mitchell told Anglia News Mrs Dorries never asked his permission to go on the show and added that requests for time off don't go through his office.
