A family from King's Lynn in Norfolk has hit out at a decision not to press criminal charges after their home came under attack from a gang of youths.
Mark Goldsmith was knocked unconscious after being hit by a spanner as he answered the door. The police say two arrests were made but there's insufficient evidence to prosecute.
