A man from Dereham has been sentenced to 15 weeks imprisonment for playing loud music and disturbing his neighbours.
Paul Whittred, 41, of John Bates Close, appeared at Norwich County Court on Tuesday 20 November where he was sentenced for two breaches of a civil injunction.
The injunction, under the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003, was made in August 2012.
Mr Flowers breached the injunction on Sunday 30 September and was arrested by police. He was due to appear at civil court but breached the injunction again on Monday 12 November before being sentenced.
Sergeant Lance Ogbourne from Norfolk Police said: “This sentence shows that consistent anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.”
