The Met Office has issued warnings that more wet and windy weather could lead to more flooding this weekend.
There may be some glimmers of brightness in the north of the region this morning. But it will soon become generally cloudy.
Rain developing late morning in southern parts and across the rest of the region during the afternoon, along with strengthening easterly winds - which could gust up to 60mph overnight. Maximum temperature 11 °C.
The rain will clear to the north during Sunday, leaving drier and brighter weather behind. Another area of low pressure will bring further outbreaks of rain on Monday and Tuesday
