Homeowners in parts of our region have spent the day clearing up as the flood risk goes on. A night of heavy rainfall in Essex saw fire crews take more than 100 calls - the vast majority to flooding problems.
According to the Environment Agency 43 homes have been flooded in our region in the past four days. This evening there are still 32 flood alerts and 23 flood warnings in place.
While the weather did ease in some areas, it's feared more heavy rain could be on its way by the end of the week and that could bring problems for people living along big rivers like the Nene and the Ouse
