The widow of a soldier killed in Afghanistan who set up a charity in his memory has won a national military award.

Nikki Scott from King's Lynn won the "Millie" for her work in setting up Scotty's Little Soldiers after her husband corporal Lee Scott was killed three years ago.

She won the Support to the Armed Forces medal at a ceremony in London last night attended by Prince Charles, his wife Camilla and a host of stars.
