Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a fire at children's centre in Norwich at the weekend. Officers received a call at just before 10pm reporting that the Phoenix Children's Project Centre in Mile Cross was on fire.
The building was badly damaged. The two 15 year old male teenagers were taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
