The Environment Agency still has 17 Flood Warnings in force across the Anglia region as more rain is forecast over the next few days.
There are also 51 of the lower level Flood Alerts in place across the region.
The maps below show that the worst affected areas are Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Essex.
Early indications suggest that 2012 could be the wettest on record in East Anglia following on from 2011 which was the driest year since 1921.
With further rain forecast in the Anglia region it's likely there will be further problems with flooding into the New Year.
With many rivers running high, a number of Flood Warnings issued by the Environment Agency remain in force in the Anglia region.
More heavy rainfall could result in flooding in Northamptonshire over the Christmas and New Year period.
