Police appeal for witnesses after street robbery

Bedfordshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a 22-year-old man was robbed as he walked along Hitchin Road in Luton.

The victim was attacked by two or three people, knocked to the floor and kicked. The robbers stole his iPhone4 and bank card. It happened at 5am on Friday, 21st December.

This incident happened in a residential area and would have caused a significant amount of noise. I would urge anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious or anyone who can help identify those responsible to come forward and help with this investigation.”
