TRAVEL: RAIL DELAYS INTO LIVERPOOL ST
Network Rail is reporting that signalling problems are causing 30 minute delays to train services between Stratford and London Liverpool Street.
There are also buses replacing trains on the line between Manningtree and Harwich.
