Knifepoint robbery in Dunstable

A man has been robbed at knifepoint in a car park in Dunstable in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Police say it happened at 4.45am as the 22-year-old victim was walking across the car park at Sainsbury's in the White Lion Retail Park in Boscombe Road.

He was approached by three offenders who verbally abused him before threatening him with a knife.

He was then made to kneel down and hand over his wallet, which he did, before being told to close his eyes as the offenders fled.

All three offenders are described as white males, aged between 18 and 30, of slim build and wearing dark hooded tops.
