HS2 leaves 97 year old's home worthless
There are new fears over the value of homes along the route of the proposed High Speed Two rail link. A house in Turweston, Buckinghamshire has been valued for a mortgage and found to be worthless.
It's left its elderly owner - Elfrieder Harper-Tarr who's in a care home unable to sell it and desperately needing to pay for care fees.
