Bishop in hospital with burst appendix
The Bishop of Ely, the Rt Revd Stephen Conway, has had surgery for a burst appendix.
The bishop, who is 55, was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge on Saturday and is expected to remain there for a few days.
