Rail delays continue for a third rush hour
Passengers from Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire are facing more delays tonight as they try to get home from the capital.
An overhead power line problem at Radlett in Hertfordshire has caused two days worth of problems for those traveling on First Capital Connect, Southeastern and East Midlands services.
