Ipswich Town launch anti-homophobia campaign

Suffolk Police and Ipswich Town Football Club are playing their part in kicking homophobia out of football.

Football v Homophobia is a project by The Justin Campaign, in opposing homophobia and prejudice against Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transexual people in football.

The club will promote the campaign 'Football v Homophobia' at their home game against Watford next Tuesday.

The Justin Campaign is named after ex-Norwich City striker Justin Fashanu, the only British openly gay footballer; he committed suicide in 1998.
