A retired solicitor from Essex who claimed Madeleine McCann's parents caused her death has received a suspended jail sentence.
Sixty five year-old Tony Bennett ,from Harlow, broke legal undertakings, given in November 2009, not to repeat allegations about the couple.
He was found guilty at the High Court and given a three month jail sentence, suspended for one year. He was also ordered to pay the costs of the litigation.
