New leader elected on Norfolk County Council
Norfolk County Council has a new leader. Councillor Bill Borrett was voted into office at an extraordinary council meeting after becoming chairman of the ruling Tory Group last week.
Mr Borrett been acting leader of the council since Derrick Murphy resigned last month after he was found to have breached a code of conduct.
