Pregnant woman "wasn't killed in a car accident"
A jury has heard how a pregant woman found dead in the street in Harlow wasn't killed by a car accident.
Dr Nathaniel Carey, was giving evidence at the trial of Tony McLernon, who is accused of murdering his heavily pregnant ex-fiancee.
Chelmsford Crown Court also heard that Eystna Blunnie had no defensive wounds to her hands, saying her injuries were caused by punching and kicking. McLernon denies murder.
