Man accused of murder gives evidence
A man from Essex accused of killing his pregnant ex-partner in what's been described as a "brutal and sustained" attack has been giving evidence at his murder trial.
Tony McLernon told Chelmsford Crown Court about his binge drinking, and how he sold possessions to fuel his habit.
McLernon is charged with the murder of Eystna Blunnie, from Harlow, as well as killing his unborn child.
