Happy birthday London Southend Airport
The new terminal at London Southend Airport celebrates its first anniversary today.
More than 700,000 passengers have passed through its doors over the last 12 months.
The opening of the site last year led to the creation of more than 500 new jobs.
Airport operators hope the terminal will handle more than two million passengers per year by 2020.
