Essex Police have released a new video as part of a fresh appeal for information following the death of six family members in a house fire in Harlow.
Dr Abdul Shakoor, who lost his wife and five children in the blaze in October 2012, made an emotional appeal on the BBC's Crimewatch last night.
The emergency call made by Dr Shakoor to the emergency services has also been released by police.
Dr Sabah Usmani and her children, Hira, 12, Sohaib, 11, Muneed, nine, Rayyan, six, and three-year-old Maheen all died when the blaze ripped through their home.
Essex Police say they have already received at least 25 calls following the BBC's Crimewatch appeal last night.
