Family welcome stricter GP rules

The family of a Cambridgeshire man who died while being treated by a German medic have welcomed new rules which have come into force ensuring foreign doctors speak adequate English.

David Gray died in 2008 after Dr Daniel Ubani administered 10 times the normal dose of diamorphine.

This morning on ITV's Daybreak his son Stuart said language tests for foreign doctors would be helpful but more could be done.
