A police woman is defying mounting pressure from senior officers to drop her legal action against a petrol station owner in Thetford, Norfolk.
PC Kelly Jones is pursuing a claim, over injuries she suffered while responding to a call about a suspected break in.
Norfolk's Chief Constable and Police Crime Commissioner have both urged her to rethink the case, and the garage owner says the stress is taking its toll on staff.
