An inquest has been opened into the death of a 12-year-old girl from Norfolk following a school PE lesson.
Trevyn Joslin fell from a pommel horse at Taverham High School near Norwich last month. She died in hospital a week later. The inquest, in Norwich, was opened and adjourned today.
