Cash boost for Olympic legacy

Sport England is set to announce an additional 24 million pounds to expand its successful Sportivate programme - a legacy project set upfrom 2012 games. Almost 190,000 teenagers have benefitted from free or discounted courses such as cheer leading, wake boarding and archery.

Maria Miller, Secretary of State for Culture, Media & Sport is at an event in Basildon today to mark two years of Sportivate.
