A Bedfordshire grandmother was handcuffed by police for demanding to see her medical records. Mary Kerswell, who's 67, asked for a copy of her records after her GP surgery tried to treat her for a kidney condition she didn't have.
Eventually, Mrs Kerswell staged an impromptu sit-in, refusing to leave the surgery until she could see her full notes. Olivia Paterson reports.
