Family's backing for experimental drugs tests

The family of a little girl from Bedfordshire who made medical history after receiving life-saving treatment in America are backing a campaign to allow terminally ill people in the UK to take unlicensed experimental drugs.

Three year old Lilly MacGlashan was born with a rare tumour which uniquely spread from her body to her brain. After treatment wasn't available in the UK she went to the United States to take part in a clinical trial.
