Dredging work to help stop flooding

Work has started to prevent flooding along the River Nene in Northamptonshire. There have been several episode of flooding in the area in the past few months.

The Environment Agency's started work to remove several thousand tonnes of silt from a stretch of the river which it's hoped will both improve navigation and prevent flooding again.
