stadium:mk named as a Rugby World Cup venue

The stadium in Milton Keynes has been chosen to host matches during the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

stadium:mk, which is the home of MK Dons FC, will host three group games. The capacity will be increased to more than 30,000 at the end of this season.

It's one of 13 venues chosen for the tournament.

The others are: Twickenham (London) - Wembley (London) - Olympic Stadium (London) - Millennium Stadium (Cardiff) - Manchester City Stadium - St James’ Park (Newcastle) - Elland Road (Leeds) - Leicester City Stadium - Villa Park (Birmingham) - Kingsholm (Gloucester) -

stadium:mk (Milton Keynes) - Brighton Community Stadium - Sandy Park (Exeter).

The tournament will be screened on ITV.
