Improvements to the army and navy flyover in Chelmsford welcomed

Nearly 90 million pounds is to be spent on improving congestion hotspots on our roads.

The army and navy flyover in Chelmsford will be improved thanks to the money which has been announced today.

It comes from a Government local pinch point fund. Our region's share will also go towards road upgrades in Bedford, Northampton, Lowestoft, Milton Keynes and Peterborough.
