A ferry that crashed into the quay at Harwich is having to go to Germany to be repaired.
The Sirena Seaways service between Essex and Denmark is suspended this week following the incident just before midday on Saturday. None of the 489 passengers were hurt.
The ferry operator says it is helping customers find alternative routes but some say they are disappointed with the support they have received.
