Police hunt ram-raiders

Police in Bury St Edmunds are appealing for information following a ram raid at a convenience store in the town.

It happened in Cadogan Road, at around 1am today. The shop's door had been ram raided with a vehicle, and cash and cigarettes had been stolen from within.

An area around the shop has been cordoned off whilst police carry out their enquiries and investigations continue.

Police are very keen to speak to anyone who was in the area in the early hours of this morning, who may have witnessed this incident.
