The man responsible for a badly fitted fireplace which crushed to death a four-year-old boy from Northamptonshire has been sentenced in court.
Matthew Green was killed back in 2005 when the 50 kilo structure fell off the wall at his home in Towcester. Today, the company boss was fined £7,500, plus costs - a punishment Matthew's family said was nowhere near tough enough. Watch Matthew Hudson's report:
