Suffolk Police are appealing for witnesses after a house was broken into in Gazeley and a car and thousands of pounds worth of sound system equipment were stolen.
The incident occurred between 2pm Saturday 29 June and 3.30pm Sunday 30 June at an address in Needham Street.
A window was forced to gain entry and numerous items were stolen from inside including in excess of £8,000 worth of sound system equipment.
A blue Mini Cooper was stolen off the drive, but later recovered at around 8pm on Sunday 30 June in Ash Court, Red Lodge.
Anyone with information relating to the burglary or who believes they may have seen the stolen car, is asked to contact the Bury St Edmunds Priority Crime Team on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
