A new report is calling for a congestion charge to be introduced for people driving into Cambridge.
The idea was discussed four years ago and rejected. Now findings from 2030 Vision say it's the best way to stop the city getting clogged up with traffic.
But businesses say it would be a disaster for the city's economy and Cambridgeshire County Council says it has no plans to introduce a congestion charge.
