The Health and Safety Executive is now leading the investigation after a Royal Estate worker at Sandringham had to be rescued from a lake .
The gardener who is in his 30's was on a ride-on lawn mower when he fell into the water. He remains in a critical condition at Addenbrookes Hospital. Norfolk Police say they are no longer leading the investigation into the incident.
