Kitesurfer meets paramedic who saved his life

A man from Essex says he owes his life to the Air Ambulance crew that treated him after a kitesurfing accident.

Mark Warren was on the beach at Southend last August when a gust of wind ploughed him into the sea wall.

He had massive internal injuries. But the quick action of the East Anglian Air Ambulance meant he was in hospital in minutes. Today Mark went to meet the men who saved him. ITV News Anglia's Tanya Mercer went along too.
