A motorist from Norfolk who tweeted about an accident involving a cyclist has denied three driving offences.

Trainee accountant Emma Way, 21, from Watton, is accused of careless driving, failing to stop after an accident and failing to report an accident.

She did not attend Norwich Magistrates' Court and solicitor Simon Nicholls entered not guilty pleas on her behalf. District judge Peter Veits adjourned the case for a trial by magistrates on November 19.

It follows an incident in the village of Rockland All Saints in May involving cyclist Toby Hockley.
