The National Farmers' Union has issued advice to walkers after a man was seriously injured when he was trampled by a herd of cows.
The incident happened at St Neots in Cambridgeshire.
Where footpaths cut through fields with cattle, the NFU says people should walk calmly and quietly and avoid going near the cows.
