A plan to regulate sales of e-cigarettes has been condemned by one of our region's Euro MPs.
Drug companies want the electronic alternatives treated in the same way as medical products and confined to chemists along with nicotine patches.
But Conservative MEP Vicky Ford believes they are helping smokers quit and should be freely available.
