The record breaking autogyro pilot, Ken Wallis, from Norfolk who has appeared regularly on ITV News Anglia, has died at the age of 97.

Ken Wallis was born in Ely and lived in Dereham. He was awarded an MBE in 1996 having piloted 24 missions over northern Europe in the Second World War. But he achieved fame when doubling as Sean Connery when flying his autogyro in 'You Only Live twice."
