Housing Minister, Mark Prisk, has officially opened a new housing scheme in Bury St Edmunds.
The grade two listed Maltings, built in 1851, has been transformed into 35 homes.
The building had been empty for 15 years and was last used as a furniture shop.
Twenty-three of the new one and two bedroom flats will be rented with another 12 sold as affordable housing.
Karen Mayhew is from Havebury Housing Partnership.
