Norwich City winger Elliott Bennett has signed a contract extension with the club that will keep him at Carrow Road until 2016.
However, manager Chris Hughton has moved to keep the player who arrived in Norfolk from Brighton and Hove Albion back in 2011.
Speaking to the club's official website, Bennett said that he was happy to tie down his future:
“I’m delighted. Obviously I wasn’t expecting it being injured, but it’s fantastic.
“I appreciate the support of everyone at the Club, right from the fans to everyone here. Hopefully I can repay their faith in me once I’m back fit."
